UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENT

having read and completely understood all rules and regulations pertaining to the matters here in
after stated hereby agree and undertake:
 To bear the total amount that is mentioned as above.
 To cooperate with the school management in making this contest success.
 Accept and abide by all decisions made by the school management.
 Permit the student to participate in ISDC conference if his/her project is awarded or selected.
 To bear the expenses for the Level-I project designing.
 If the student prepares the Project on his own without any guidance of the School teachers,
the management is not responsible for such project to forward.
 If the student awarded, selected or not selected for ISDC conference, the deposited amount
towards the project making will not be returned under any circumstances.
 If the student is selected for the ISDC conference, chaperon/teacher will accompany student.
No parent is allowed to accompany the student.
 If the student is selected for the ISDC conference, the parents have to bear the Contest Level-
II expenditure given by the management and the full amount should be paid on or before
the date given by the school management.
 Management cannot sponsor any student in this regard.
 If the amount is pending, school will not send the student in such cases.
 When the group is sent, majority decision will be accepted. Individual decision will not be
considered (for Food and other facilities).
 The parents have to follow the instructions and could clarify their doubts with concern
Faculty.
