    INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

    Part 1:
    CAD Design and Assembly:
    1. Design the 3 given drafts into models in CAD software.
    2. Parts align as the tub fits into the holder and the holder fits to the
    outside Flat section of the C part.
    3. Assemble the model with nuts and bolts.
    4. Move the assembly into the analysis software.
    5. Apply a force of 150N on the end face of the Tube
    6. Consider the 22mm x 40mm faces of C shaped part as support.
    7. Show Results for Deformation, Safety factor and Equivalent stress.
    8. Do topology optimisation for C shaped part to reduce its weight to
    70%.
