You are hereby designated as School Coordinator of the following

areas: LAC, English Subject, SOCMOB, and RPMS of San Pablo Bata
Elementary School, San Pablo Bata, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija effective February
5, 2021.

You are tasked to lead in the planning and in the conduct of all the
activities concerning all the areas mentioned above. All reports are also your
duty to document and to submit in the Office of the Principal or in the
District office when called to submit.

The designation is an addition to your duties and responsibilities as

teacher and adviser of grade IV class and does not entail additional
remuneration. Moreover, this does not give you priority for promotion. It is
also temporary and can be revoked anytime by the designating authority.
