I. INTRODUCTION
One of the most essential organization in the school community is the Parent-
Teachers Association. Its indispensable function marks good partnership in terms of the
implementation of the programs and projects in the school itself. The PTA re-energizing
attempt of effort to produce the good outcome of one program. The school alone could not
stand without the support of the PTA Officials and members. Once in a month, the meeting
process for the development of the program was implemented.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. Almost 80-95% of the total population of the parents attended in the monthly meeting.
2. Parents participated actively in the school activities such as Parents’ General Assembly,
Issuance of Report Card, Cleaning Program, Orientation on the Limited Face to Face
Classes, and others.
3. Provision of trash bins and automatic alcohol dispenser and thermal scanner to some
classrooms.

The PTA members started the meeting at exactly 9:00 in the morning. The
parents/guardians signed in the attendance sheet as they entered the school gymnasium.
The first discussion was about the School’s Rules and Regulations for the students
such as the module distribution and retrieval, grading system, punctuality and attendance,
etc.
As one of the main objective of the meeting, the members held an election of officers
to facilitate the conduct of EOSY rites:
The school head, Mrs. Eunice V. Librada, discussed about the grading system,
module and LAS distribution and retrieval update, and gave emphasis on the regular support
that should be given by the parents/guardians to their children in this time of modular printed
learning and limited face to face modalities in the new normal system of education.
Mrs. Librada also talked about what the PTA Officers may suggest as their activity for
the end of school year, and the officers agreed upon on the solicitation of fund for the
expenses to be incurred during the rites.
They all agreed on the proper implementation and compliance of the discussed rules
and regulations. The meeting ended at 11:30 in the morning.
