Self care and personal development

What is self care? Self care basically means taking care of our selves so that we
can be useful and productive.

What are the dimension of self care? Self care cut across different aspects of our
lives. They are:
a) Physical: taking care of our body, eating well, exercising, having enough rest.
B) emotional: been able to handle our emotions such that it doesn’t overweigh us.
c) financial aspect:
d) spiritual live: been intentional about our spiritual growth by costant studying the
word, active in our prayer life, taking up a bible study challenge. Most things are
originated from the spiritual realm.
e) Intellectual: become curious, try something new, tap into your creative/artistic
side, learning a skill, complete a program, graduate.
