Contract Extension Agreement

 
 
This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT ("Extension") is dated as of 1st day of August
2023, by and between Japan Airlines Company Limited an Foreign Company registered under
the Companies Act 1956and having its registered address at Office No. 04A 112, WeWork
Galaxy, 43, Residency Road, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560025
(hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) of the First Part, and OKO Elite Travel World Pvt
Ltd., an Indian company registered under Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at
No.84 & 85,SHCBS Layout,S.T.Bed,1st Floor,1st Block Kormanagala,Bangalore-560095 India
(hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICE PROVIDER” 
WHEREAS the Parties entered into a Agreement for Transportation Services on 1st day of
August 2022 
WHEREAS the Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Original Contract in accordance
with the terms of the Original Contract as well as the terms provided herein.
 
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, each of Company and Service
Provider mutually covenant and agree as follows:
 
- The Original Contract, which is attached hereto as a part of this Extension, will end on 31st July
2023.
 
- The parties agree to extend the Original Contract for an additional period, which will begin
immediately upon the expiration of the original time period and will end on 31st July 2025

- This Extension binds and benefits both Parties and any successors or assigns. This document,
including the attached Original Contract, is the entire agreement between the Parties.
 
All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain unchanged.
 
This Agreement shall be signed on behalf of COMPANY by [Insert Party A Representative], its
[Insert Party A Representative Title], and on behalf of SERVICE PROVIDER by K.S. Vikram
Murthy (Chief executive officer)
