1. Overview
1.1 Purpose of this operation manual
This manual has been developed to use when operating the new GSPS.

1.2 For the use of the new GSPS

1.2.1 Operating Environment

(1) PC supported
Windows 10
Windows 11

(2) Browsers supported

Internet Explorer version 11
Microsoft Edge
*The site does not support other browsers.

1.3 Linked URL

The following URL is used.
https://sprt-prod-sv.hino.co.jp/portal/

1.4 Advance preparation (For Microsoft Edge)

The new GSPS will authenticate with ID, PW, and certificate to improve security.
To use the new GSPS, you need to download the certificate to your PC in advance.

To download the certificate, you will need to make some preliminary settings.
Please check the following settings.

1.4.3 Access for digital certificate download site
Enter the URL in the address bar of Microsoft Edge and the login screen will appear.

Enter the specified URL in the address

bar.
URL : https://hqs-ca.hino.co.jp

1.4.4 Download digital certificate

Enter your new GSPS user ID and

Initial password and click on the
"Login" button.

After changing the password in the

new GSPS, the initial password will
still be used to install the digital
certificate.

Open the digital certificate download

site.

 Click the “Yes” from ActiveX install
message.

Click on the ‟import to PC” button.

 Click on the “YES” button.

Click on the “OK” button.

The certificate has finished downloading.

2. Login

2.1 Internet connection

Enter the URL in the address bar of Browser and the login screen will appear.

Enter the specified URL in the address

bar.
URL:

2.2 Login
Select your user ID and click on the
"OK" button.

 Enter your user ID and password and
click on the "Login" button.

Confirm the HINO EULA and click on

the "Accept" button.

＜Notice＞
After the password expiration date, the password change request will be displayed when logging in.
Check the "5. Password Change and Reset" procedure to change the password.

5. Password Change and Reset
5.1 Password Change

Open the New GSPS login screen.

Click Password Change.

① Input the User ID(PIN) which you

want to change.
② Input the current password to Old

Password column.
② This is an initial password if you do
③ not change.
③ Input any password to New
④ Password column.
⑤ ④ The password which you enter to
New password inputs to Confirm
New Password column.
<Notice>
・Password should be more than 8
characters.
・Password should consist of both
alphabet character and numeric
character.
・Same character cannot be used
more than 4 times
(Bad example: aaaa1111)
・Symbol character is not accepted.

 Close the browser once and access
GSPS.

The password change is completed.

<Notice>
If the IDs on the digital certificate page and the Password change page do not match,
you cannot change the password.

5.2 Password Reset
Open the New GSPS login screen.
Click Password Reset.

Input the user ID(PIN) which you want

to change.
Click “Next” button.

If the e-mail address is not registered

in the user ID you want to change,
you will not be able to reset your
password.

If your e-mail address is not

registered, please contact the global
service (gsps_dx.help@hino.co.jp).

A confirmation email will be sent to

the registered email address.

Click on the “Close” button.

 Open the confirmation email.

Click the link at the bottom.

*Please note that this link is valid for

24 hours.

Enter the new password you want to

set in New Password and Confirm
New Password column.

Click “Reset Password” button.

A completion email will be sent to the
registered email address.

This completes the password reset.

Please log in to the new GSPS from

https://sprt-prod-sv.hino.co.jp/portal/.

【Cause 3】
Your PC does not have digital certification. Or miss selected your digital certification.

【Response Procedure 3】
Make sure that the same certificate as the login ID is selected.
＜Notice＞
If the IDs on the digital certificate page and the login page do not match, you cannot log in.
Therefore, a digital certificate must be installed for each ID that logs in.

Same ID

＜Notice＞
If you do not display the certificate, make sure the certificate is installed.
Open the Internet Options.

Move to “Content tab”.

Click the “Certificates” button.

Make sure the certificate is installed.

If your digital certificate is not installed

→ Install your digital certificate

If your digital certificate is installed

→ please contact to gsps_dx.help@hino.co.jp.

15.2.3 Error message “Internal Server Error” is displayed
【Error screen】
After selecting the digital certificate, the following screen will be displayed.

【Cause】
The URL to access is wrong.

【Response Procedure】
Please log in to the new GSPS from https://sprt-prod-sv.hino.co.jp/portal/.

15.2.4 Cannot log in to the New GSPS from Hino Overseas Portal site
【Error screen】
After clicking the login button, the login screen comes back again.

【Cause】
Hino Overseas Portal site is displayed in Internet Explorer mode

【Response Procedure】
Please log in to the new GSPS from https://sprt-prod-sv.hino.co.jp/portal/.

15.3 Error related to password change
【Error screen】
After clicking the Change Password button, the “You have NOT been authorized” message will be displayed.

【Cause】
Your PC does not have digital certification. Or miss selected your digital certification.

【Response Procedure】
Make sure that the same certificate as the User ID is selected.

Use same ID

Open the Internet Options.

Move to “Content tab”.

Click the “Certificates” button.

Make sure the certificate is installed.

If your digital certificate is not installed

→ Install your digital certificate
