Title
Project Simulation
2.0 Instruction

Diagram above shows the construction signage board of a project. In this

project, every group will simulate the operation of Architectural
Firms/Company. The simulation output will be a comprehensive report of the
operation of the company. The simulation is divided into 4 tasks.

3.0 Task 1 Setting up a company:

 Describe all three types of architectural practices approved by the
Boards of Architects Malaysia.
 Recommend the best practices that you could adapt for your company.
 Illustrate the office practice and positions involved.
 Illustrate the structure of your architecture team diagram.
 Explain every job scope of your company members' position.

4.0 Task 2 Basic spectrum of a project:

 Briefly explain your understanding through illustration on basic
spectrum of this project implementation from inception to final
account.

5.0 Task 3 Introduction to construction industry:

 Illustrate the best construction organizational structure that could be
implemented in this project.
 Explain how the involvement of other consultants would make a
development a success.

6.0 Submission Compile all the task required in a single PDF File. It must include:
Requirements  Front Cover (UTHM Logo, Course Code and Name, Your Name, and Your
Student ID).

Communication through diagrams and illustrations are highly recommended in

this Group-work Project. Submission must be done by 11:59pm on 6 July 2023
