ZY-104 液压凿岩机 Hydraulic Rock Drill ZY-104
ZY-104 液压凿岩机采用细长型冲击活塞设计，降低了应力波峰值，延长了钎具的使用寿命，提高
了凿岩能力。The ZY-104 hydraulic rock drill adopts a slender percussion piston design, which reduces
the stress wave peak, prolongs the service life of the rock tools and improved the rock drilling capacity.

液压缓冲机构有效的吸收了来自钻杆的反射应力。使钎尾和钎杆的寿命成倍增加，同时减少凿岩
机的进给机构和钻臂的磨损。The hydraulic cushioning mechanism effectively absorbs the reflected
stress from the drill rod. This design multiplied the life of the shank adaptor and the drill rod while
reducing the wear on the rock drill’s feed mechanism and boom.

根据凿岩的条件，可独立合理的调节活塞冲程、冲击频率、冲击能量和冲击压力，在岩石硬度级
别不同的情况下，能提供最佳凿岩速率。According to the conditions of rock drilling, the piston stroke,
percussion frequency, percussion energy and percussion pressure can be adjusted independently and
