Examples of questions for the FEELING / REVIEW models:


FACTS or REALITY
How complete (as a percentage) would you say you are on your actions?
How did you go with the action?
Was there any part of the action you didn’t get to?
Did you complete that 100%?

EMOTION
How are you feeling about completing this?
How do you feel now that you have done this?
You seem to have some charge around this action, can you describe what your emotions are in a word or two?
Are you willing to put your emotions around this action aside and focus on what you have learnt?

ENCOURAGE or VALIDATE
What can you acknowledge yourself for taking this step?
Well done. It really sounds as if doing this was a stretch for you. It is great for starting on this action!
