● Work together to agree on what your ideal school should be like.

● Decide how to present your school. What information do you need to include?
● Make a list of tasks (write rules, write a timetable, draw a map/picture, etc.).
● Decide who does what. Make sure everyone has something to do.

● Remember your role from Task 3.
● Be sure to ask any questions you may have and help answer any questions group members
may have.

● Check for mistakes and correct them.
● Check that you have everything you need.
– Do you talk about times and rules?
– Do you have a picture or map?
– Is it clear to read?

1 Share your proposal.
Share your work with your teacher. Include the following:
● The title of your proposal
● The names and roles of all group members
● A copy of your proposal.

2 Present your proposal to the class.


Complete the checklist before you present your proposal.
● Read your teacher’s feedback. Make any changes.
● Make sure you have everything you need to present to the class.
– Do you need a computer?
– Do you need to print your work?
● Decide what each group member will do as part of the presentation. Make sure everybody
has a role.

When you present:


● Look at your classmates and stand still.
● Ask your classmates to be quiet so they can hear you.
● Speak slowly and clearly.
