Should mother be encouraged to work outside the home

In today’s age, women are playing an indispensable role in society, being a great helper
for their husbands by taking care of the house. However, there exists numerous opinions
saying that mothers should have the opportunity to work outside. Personally, I do not
completely agree with this because of these following reasons.
First, working outside their home gives women many opportunities to develop themselves.
You see, many women are born talented, but the problem is, most of them chose to be a
housewife instead of applying for a job where they would use their skill to contribute to,
thereby, many talents have gone to waste. If more and more women are employed, the
world would be developed at a much faster pace as their edges are being utilized. Secondly,
they can relieve the family’s financial burden by taking a job. No matter what job that is, part
time or full time, they would be able to share help with the husbands. Therefore even further
strengthen the family bond. As can be seen, working outside gives women the ability to
support not only their families but also the society.
However, working outside is actually a double-edged sword as it also comes with
disadvantages as well. For many housewives, dealing with the daily household chores is
enough to make them exhausted and stressed, let alone working outside. Taking a job
doesn’t mean that women are freed from household work, having to run the household after
a day of working is the main source of stress for many women nowadays.
In conclusion, it is highly recommended that a housewife taking an outside job if she is
willing to and there is someone else to help with the chores as this will brings about many
benefits.
