 Astract
Within human rights, education is pointed out as one of the essential
elements that every man and woman must have. Education is considered a
value in all the societies of our universe, however, as it is known by all, we are
going through a very particular situation and that of the COVID-19 pandemic,
affecting all educational spaces, forcing us to face new challenges , rethinking
new actions, in methodology and even more in technology.
In a very particular way, the changes to all teachers, who have been
forced to assume a series of competencies, for which perhaps many were not
prepared, the majority even finding themselves unprepared (Díaz-Barriga,
2020).
Having to face the new situation has forced teachers, students and
parents to be creative with new strategies in order to learn in this new modality,
although the state of confinement overwhelmed the individuals who have mixed
with it with a lot of work. intimate-personal space (Ruiz, 2020).
Currently, there is great concern for teachers, students and parents,
since it has been difficult for them to adapt to remote teaching and we want to
know the impact of this pandemic, on teaching - learning, that is why it is
formulated the following question: How did the COVID-19 pandemic affect the
regional educational sphere?
This research work is distributed as follows:
In chapter II the description of the research problem was made; where
the problematic reality is seen; likewise the formulation of the problem, the
objectives and the justification.
In chapter III the theoretical framework will be analyzed; that covers the
antecedents and the conceptual theoretical bases.
In chapter IV the methodological framework of the research is reported,
the methodological framework will be analyzed; covering the type, research
design, methods and techniques and instruments
In chapter V you will find the results and the discussion, the descriptive
statistics.
In chapter VI we will see the conclusions
 In chapter VII we will establish the respective suggestions.

Introducción

 Dentro de los derechos humanos se señala a la educación como uno

de los elementos primordiales que todo hombre y mujer debe tener. La
educación se considera un valor en todas las sociedades de nuestro universo,
sin embargo, como es por todos conocido, atravesamos una situación muy
particular y es el de la pandemia COVID-19, afectando, todos los espacios
educativos, obligando a enfrentar nuevos desafíos, replantear nuevas acciones,
en la metodología y aún más en la tecnología.
De modo muy particular, los cambios afectan a todos los
docentes, quienes se han visto obligados a asumir una serie de competencias,
para las que quizás muchos no estaban preparados, encontrándose la mayoría,
incluso, desprevenidos (Díaz-Barriga, 2020).
Tener que enfrentar a la nueva situación ha obligado a docentes,
estudiantes y padres de familia a ser creativos con nuevas estrategias para así
poder aprender en esta nueva modalidad, aunque el estado de confinamiento
abrumó de muchísimo trabajo a los individuos que se ha mezclado con el
espacio íntimo-personal (Ruiz, 2020).
En la actualidad, existe una gran preocupación por los docentes,
estudiantes y padres de familia, ya que les ha costado poder adaptarse a la
enseñanza remota y queremos saber impacto de esta pandemia, en la
enseñanza - aprendizaje, es por ello, que se formula la siguiente pregunta:
¿Cómo afectó la pandemia COVID-19 en el ámbito educativo regional?

Este trabajo de investigación se distribuye de la siguiente manera:

En el capítulo II se realizó la descripción del problema de investigación;

donde se ve la realidad problemática; así mismo la formulación del problema,
los objetivos y la justificación.
En el capítulo III se analizará el marco teórico; que abarca los
antecedentes y las bases teóricas conceptuales.
 En el capítulo IV se informa el marco metodológico de la investigación,
se analizará el marco metodológico; que abarca el tipo, diseño de
investigación, métodos y técnicas e instrumentos
En el capítulo V se encontrará los resultados y la discusión, la
estadística descriptiva.
En el capítulo VI veremos las conclusiones
En el capítulo VII estableceremos las respectivas sugerencias .
