Subject: Celebrating 70 years of Estes Services

I am thrilled to share to you all the highlights and moments from the anniversary celebration of
Estes Services that was held on January 26, 2019, at the Oceans Ballroom in the Georgia
Aquarium. The event brough together over 310 guests which included current and former
employees, their guests, friends and valued vendors of ours, to celebrate the anniversary
milestone.

The celebration was created for the dedication and commitment of our remarkable team
members over the years. President Brian Estes took the opportunity to recognize and express
his gratitude to all individuals who have greatly contributed to the Estes teams’ success.
Notably, 90-year-old Charles Wright, who was the companies third ever employee, spoke at the
event to remind us of our rich history and legacy that we strive to carry onwards. The event
festivities were filled with joy, camaraderie and delicious food. It was heartwarming for everyone
to experience the past and present members all come together to celebrate the company.

During the event, Brian Estes presented a captivating video that showcased key moments in our
history. Additionally, he congratulated our remarkable growth which has been guided by the
vision of our founder, N.B Estes. We take pride in being a family-owned and operated business,
cherish our core values or integrity, honesty and hard work. CEO Tommy Estes made a
touching tribute to his father, acknowledging the pivotal role he played in laying down the
foundation for Estes Services. Tommy was able to recount the HVAC industry’s evolution, and
is a prime factor in the companies HVAC, plumbing and electrical focus.

As we celebrate 70 years of hard work and dedication, we look forward to a bright future under
the leadership of Brian Estes, and all of the hard-working employees who make everything
happen. I encourage you all to take a moment to reflect on the company’s legacy and the
contributions made by each and every one of you. Here’s to 70 years of Estes Services, and
many more years of growth, innovation and success!
