Subject: Request for the Garbage Collection

Dear Mayor,

I am writing to your good office to humbly request for a scheduled garbage collection at
Tumandok Village, Brgy. Sto Nino, Enrique B. Magalona, As part of our aim to continually
improve the living here in the village, having a garbage collection will be a great help.
I would like to inform you that a lot of people already transferred and currently residing at
Tumandok Village and due to which people keep dumping the garbage on roadside. This
garbage could be a center for numerous insects and diseases to breed. This is somehow
becoming a matter of concern for the residents. It is therefore requested to kindly set a schedule
for garbage collection that will help in avoiding the littering done by people.
