CI MODEL FOR TOYOTA
Toyota primarily uses the Toyota Production System (TPS) as its
Continuous Improvement (CI) model. The Toyota Production System
is a comprehensive management philosophy and lean
manufacturing practice that emphasizes waste reduction, efficient
production, and continuous improvement. It is based on two main
principles: "jidoka" (automation with a human touch) and the "Just-
in-Time" concept.

Overall, Toyota's CI model is a combination of the Toyota Production

System's principles and the PDCA Cycle.
