Computer Based Training (CBT) packages and face-to-face training courses is available in VMS. Please also consider the use of coaching and/or mentoring by a more
experienced person as they are effective ways to develop depth and breadth of knowledge. This section MUST contain the Appraisers recommendation for
closing out any area where `Improvement required' is stated on page 1.
