April 16 to 22, 2023
REMINDERS:
1. TRAVEL LIGHT - For Davao to Malaysia, you will Hand-carry your baggage up to 10 kilos with below bag dimension.
2. Cellphone Travel Adaptor - see below. Selling rate Php 100.

3. Bring your PASSPORT, Roundtrip plane ticket, Travel Itinerary, Travel Insurance (masterlist policy c/o Faculty), and school ID.
4. Generate your vax cert (latest from vaxcertph with passport#) > https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/#/.
5. Do not bring any liquid exceeding 100ml. No need to bring towels since upgraded from hostel to hotel (manage room expectations).
6. Bring own maintenance meds.
7. No bringing to cigarettes more than 1 unused pack, no loitering, no chewing gum.
8. Money changer @Poblacion or City Triangle, during Changi airport layover (L2 TRANSIT UOB$) or upon arrival in KL.
9. Bring pocket money of at least Php7,000~10,000 to cover other excluded expenses. (All exiting tourists shall pay Phil. Travel
Tax/Passenger Service Charge amounting between Php1700~2400 at the Davao airport terminal).

11. SOP Instructions during company visits:
-visitors must adhere to all safety signage and instructions whilst within our plant compound.
-All visitors must be in good health condition, if any symptoms, advised not to participate.
-Face mask must be worn at all times.
-Always maintain a physical distance of 1 meter.
-Clean your hands regularly with hand sanitizer.
-Wearing slippers, sandals and high heels are prohibited in company or plant visits.

Planned Itinerary:
Day1 April 16 Sunday: Flight from Davao to Malaysia via Singapore overnight layover/transit in Changi Jewel Terminal1.
-Group must arrive at Davao airport before 2:00PM.
-Check-in at Scoot Air/CebuPacific counter (3) hours before the flight. The flight will no longer need to layover in Manila. It will be
Davao-direct to Singapore-direct to Kuala Lumpur with overnight layover at Singapore Changi airport.
*INSTRUCTION*: TRAVEL LIGHT only. No liquid more than 100ml. Follow hand-carry baggage dimension.
Davao-SIN-Malaysia flight via Scoot: LIMIT to 10kilos HAND-CARRY LUGGAGE only.
For the return flight Singapore-Davao, you may have 10kilos of CHECK-IN LUGGAGE + 7kilos HAND-CARRY.
-Pay PhilTravel tax and other airport charges Php1700~2400.
-Get boarding pass and Clear PH immigration. (NO PHOTO-TAKING in ANY IMMIGRATION).
*Upon arrival in SG, change of aircraft within Terminal1 - take your hand-carry luggage at all times. No need to exit immigration.*
*Dinner food may be purchased in flight or during overnight transit/layover in SG.*
*Stay only in the transit area and rest. Be ready by 7:00AM next day for boarding announcement of your connecting flight.*

Day2 April 17 Monday: Connecting Flight Singapore to Malaysia, arrival in KL and hotel check-in, sundown KL city tour.
-Be ready by 7:00AM, take breakfast from convenience stores nearest to the boarding gates to await boarding announcement of your
connecting flight# TR452 Scoot Airways.
-Depart Singapore 9:45AM flight# TR452 Scoot Airways.
-Arrival in KL, Malaysia 10:55AM Terminal 2.
-Meet and greet with guide/driver. Private coach to hotel for check-in.
-Guided walking tour to nearby Bukit Bintang/Berjaya area.
-Lights out and rest in hotel.

Day3 April 18 Tuesday: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Company and University Visits.

Day5 April 20 Thursday: Land trip to SG via private coach, Noontime until closing at Universal Studios Singapore (USS).
- Breakfast included (B) / 6:00AM Checkout for landtrip via private coach with local guide to Singapore.
- Drop-off bags at hotel upon arrival in Singapore and proceed to Universal Studios/Sentosa themepark until closing.
At USS, no bringing of outside food and drinks allowed. Only water bottle allowed.
- Transfer back to hotel for check-in and rest.
Expense: (L/D estimated S$6/meal outside USS but inside themepark at least S$15).

Day6 April 21 Friday: Singapore site or gallery visits and sundown city tour.

- AM TECHNICAL COLLABORATION WITH PICE-SG CHAPTER (PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF CIVIL ENGINEERS). Topics:
1. UNDERPINNING WORKS
2. INTRODUCTION TO QUANTITY SURVEYING
3. PRECAST SEGMENT FABRICATION FOR TUNNEL.
Venue: AIA Alexandra Bldg., 371 Alexandra Road Singapore.

- Back to Hotel to collect bags and then Last minute shopping at Changi city Point.
