AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I ELLERY P. RIVERA of legal age, Filipino, married resident of Pines

Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental after having been duly sworn to its
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am married to Roy R. Rivera a resident of Pines, Oroquieta

City, Misamis Occidental.

That in the Deed of Absolute Sale with Doc No. 482; Page No: 97;
Book No: XXVIII Series of 2022 dated August 19, 2022 by notary Public.
Atty Daniel C. Lao executed by both Parties for the sold parcel of land
known as Lot No. 14, Blk 17 Pcs-826 his name was erroneously not
included/ not entered.

That I confirmed that I am married to Roy R. Rivera and that his

name must be included as one of the Vendees of the above mentioned
parcel of land and should be indicated in the Title to be registered in
the Registry of Deeds as one of the registered owners.

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

forgoing facts to the effect that I confirm that I am married to ROY R.
RIVERA resident of Pines, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental and to
inform the appropriate government agency concerned of the same in
connection with whatever legal purpose(s) it may serve.
