PROFESSIONALIZATION
Professionalism is a trait in which a person is highly devoted
towards honesty , responsibility, humbleness while interacting
with any other person or organisation for business purpose.
The persons with this quality process not only the basics
qualities and requirement but also other excellent qualities .
The personal values that an entrepreneur or an employee
possesses often derive the work ethics.
Timely completion of task ,optimum utilisation of
resources,producing the best possible quality etc.are some of
the activities that can be referred to as good work
ethics.Moral values system of an individual and the ethical
codes of the organisation are the two factors that may be
called as responsible for the professionalism and work ethics
of the employees
CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIOON
1. Definite, suitable, ethical principles and practices are
the basis of a profession. Aprofession is derived from a
structured and well thought out knowledge
2. Purpose, logic sensibility and impartial judgement are
some of the factors that derive professional behaviour
3. Transparency ,accountability and responsibility are
linked with every profession
4. Profession conduct the code oof ethics values such as
honesty,dedication ,discipline, responsibility etc.
5. Profession suggest to community code of conduct.

Creates Boundaries:-
 Creating boundaries in the workplace means that
professionalism separates the suitability
workplace behaviors from the unsuitability ones .
Almost everyone wants to work in a workplace
which provides lively and entertaining work
environment , yet there should be some
boundaries so that employees do not get indulge
in clashes and confrontations . Those workers
who adhere to the professional conduct while
interacting with clients,colleagues,managers,etc
generally behaves well.
Inspires to progress :-
 The chances of success of those organisation are
more where employees get dressed ,behaves and
functiions professionally.
A nonprofit organisation ,which was into assisting
the businesswomen to get professional outfits
states that set dress codes in a profession
encourages the personnel to grow personally as
well as to advance their career. By getting into
professional dress and by behaving professionally
,the employees start feeling motivated and hence
they attempt to give their best in front of the
clients
Preserves Accountability :-
Most of the companies attempt to serve the
customers in the best possible manner and
also they want to project the best image of
their company. The role of professionalism
comes into play when customers are to be
provided with written documents justifying
the service. Business plans, financial reports
etc of a company, if written professionally,
help the companies in remaining answerable
for the services they rendered.
Encourages Respect :-
 Professionalism among employees encourage them
to respect the clients colleagues, superiors etc
Reduces Clashes And Conflicts:-
 In the professional business setting , chances of
occurrence of conflicts and clashes among
employees are less.
Grave conflicts occur only when employees do not
know or respect the limits of each other .it is also
helpful in the situation where different stakeholders
are having different perception regarding the same
thing. Conducting professionally also helps a business
to avoid the members whose intentions are to
interrupt the smooth functioning of business
