Initially, 11 suggested Certifications will be launched nationwide
If any franchisee / ambassador wants to launch some other certifications out of 37 but
other than suggested 11, he/she would be responsible for the marketing campaign by
himself/herself
After getting approval from Sir Saqib and Sir Faisal, we will have a final zoom meeting
with all franchisees and ambassadors to expedite the launching procedure

ECOT Head Office will only provide support related to CVs pool but at first level, all
HR Support
franchisees/ambassadors are responsible for trainer hiring
Marketing Plan We will get support from Sir Saqib related to marketing of ECOT Certifications
Will have social media live sessions
Promotion through Facebook Will be using Enablers and eCommerce by Enablers social media pages for the promotion
pages of certifications

Presence at Arfa Karim Tower ECOT office should be at Arfa Karim tower.
Meeting will be done through IT minister
