Introduction:
-On 22-02-2017 we noticed during one month PM for mentioned pump
High vibration on pump bearing housing especially on horizontal plane with value up to
6mm/s and this value definitely unacceptable as per ISO 10816

Finding:
-On 25-02-2017 pump has been isolated to check alignment and piping parallelism

Alignment checked and was found accepted as shown below,

Discharge pipe has been dismantled for inspection and piping misalignment was found
And bolts can’t install free after dismantling as shown below,

Angular misalignment was found for discharge pipe also,

Also pipe supports were looked fixed by welding and it should be free to slide between
guides,

All above pipe problems shown in illustration directly contribute in pump vibration
So, we are looking for your decision to start fix these problems ASAP
