Q. Can the fees be lowered for PW Saarthi Paid Pilot?

Ans: In the current format of PW Saarthi, the fees would
be Rs. 499 per month for JEE/NEET regular students.
For those appearing for NEET 2022, the fee is Rs. 750
for the whole period till NEET exam date. Subject
wise the price is Rs. 199/subject.
Q. Will I get the same coach in PW Saarthi paid Pilot as I got
in the Free Trial?
Ans: We will take input from you all and based on overall input,
we will provide the best coaches for all your subjects.

Q. Will there be options to change coaches?

Ans: As of now you will be mapped with best experience
coaches via our system but in coming future we may
enable this feature as well.
Q. Is there a subject-wise offering in PW Saarthi Paid Pilot?
Ans: Yes, based on our student’s feedback, we have launched
total three types of subscription model, namely..

Rs. 199/month Rs. 499/ month

per subject for for JEE/NEET
JEE/NEET Rs. 750 for
NEET 2022
Q. In a month, how many days can I join the sessions and for
how many hours?
Ans: When you buy one month subscription for PW Saarthi Paid
Pilot, you can join sessions for every day in that month and
for as many times you want in the day. If you want you can
be live for the whole day along with your coach.

Q. Can we use PW coins to purchase PW Saarthi Paid Pilot

subscription?
Ans: No, right now, it's not possible. The payment has to be
done in whole and that too via online transaction.
Q. Will there be a separate counseling session offered in PW
Saarthi Paid Pilot?
Ans: In PW Saarthi Paid Pilot, you are mapped with one coach
per subject (JEE/NEET). These coaches are live, 6 days a
week, and would help you with all your academic as well as
non-academic queries. You can directly talk/chat with a
coach of your choice and resolve all your issues. No
separate counseling session is required.
 Q. When will Paid Saarthi Pilot be launched?
Ans: It will be launched on or before 25th of May. Before
starting the paid pilot, students can avail free Saarthi pilot
which is ongoing and would soon be closed before starting
the paid project.

Q. Yakeen batch students who would be appearing for NEET

2022 have only one and a half month left? How much will
they have to pay?
Ans: The students appearing for NEET 2022 will have to pay
only Rs. 750 for the whole time till NEET exam date.
Q. What would be the timings in PW Saarthi paid Pilot?
Ans: The present timing for Live Sessions is 9 AM to 5 PM. As
stated already, live sessions will take place via Google
Meet. Also, students would get to talk one-on-one to their
respective coaches via telegram’s DM features.
We can always change the timings based on student’s
feedback.

Q. Can you please change the schedule of PW Saarthi to

accommodate school-going students?
Ans: We try our best to accommodate all students whether they
are regular to school, Proxy-students, studying in PW
Batches or are droppers. Currently the timing is 9 AM to 5
PM for live video sessions, but going forward we can
always make changes to accommodate our students.
Q. Can PW Saarthi Paid Pilot be live for seven days a week?
Ans: We keep exploring ways to engage our students. Going
forward, if the need be, we can always explore the option
of keeping PW Saarthi live for seven days a week.

Q. After making payments for PW Saarthi , I have not

received any notification. Kindly help.
Ans: You will receive the confirmation soon. We will send the
confirmation altogether to all students who have availed
the paid pilot.
Q. What is the difference between PW Mentorship and PW
Saarthi?
Ans: PW Mentorship is a mentorship program in which you will
get the opportunity to interact with the alumni’s who have
already cracked the JEE/NEET but in Saarthi you will be
able to clear your academic and non academic doubts from
your best experienced coaches. You can directly talk to a
Coach of your choice and resolve all your issues.

Q. How many doubts can a student ask in a session?

Ans: As many as you want to. There is no limit to how many
questions you can ask.
Q. What is Concept Library and how many faculties will there
be?
Ans: All students will be provided with a powerful tool namely,
Concept Library, where they can search any topic from any
subject from Physics, Chemistry, maths & Biology and will
get videos around those topics/concepts.
It’s an automated system containing best of the best videos
from our faculties and doesn’t require alignment of any new
faculties.

Q. How to ask doubts in a one-to-one session?

Ans: Log in on any subject’s live room (Physics, Chemistry, Maths,
Zoology or Botany) and start interacting with coaches.
Q. Can we take one year/ six month subscription for PW
Saarthi?
Ans: Right now it’s per month basis but going forward we will
definitely bring yearly and half-yearly subscriptions for
our students.
