Executive Summary of Proposal

Sir,
We are writhing to present an executive proposal for the surveillance of oil pipeline
protection, within Bayelsa and Rivers State respectively, aimed at safe guarding
our valuable oil pipeline infrastructure from potential threats and ensuring
uninterrupted supply.

1. Introduction;
Our oil pipeline infrastructure serves as a crucial lifetime in delivering oil product
to various destinations, benefiting both the country and its overseas clients.
Protecting this infrastructure against potential security breaches, physical damages,
or unauthorized access is vital to the growth of our dear country.
We are aware that Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is having a
running pipeline surveillance contract with Tantita and other security company.
Despite the huge amount of money being spent to safeguard the pipelines, Tantita
and others have successfully recorded 55% Deep in the creeks in Bayelsa and
Rivers state there is serious bunkering and oil theft going on.
2. Objective
The primary objective is to deploy a comprehensive surveillance system that
ensures continuous monitoring and early detection of any suspicious activates, and
quick response in the event of any a security breach.
This will enable us to practicum address any potential threats, minimize downtime
caused by security incidents, and maintain the integrity of our oil network.
Inline with our objective, we intend to implement a short-term and long-term.
Surveillance system, the short-term surveillance system can be said to be a
traditional method, whereby security company engage host community for the
purpose of protecting oil and gas facilities, which Tantita and other security
company are doing now. This short-term lays the road map for long-term, which is
an advanced technological and innovative surveillance system.
 Pipeline Surveillance Proposal for Bayelsa and Rivers State
This Proposal is a comprehensive pipeline surveillance solution. Given the
increasing importance of ensuring the safety, security, and operational efficiency of
pipelines, it is crucial to implement advanced surveillance systems to monitor
pipeline mergirl, detect potential leaks, mitigate security, risk, and optimize
maintenance effects.
With an effective pipeline surveillance system that enable real-time observation,
each detection of anomalies, and prompt respondents. The proposed solution
encompasses state-of-the-art technologies and service to ensure improved
operational stewardship.
As stated in our objective, we intend to approach it in two phase, short and long-
term.
The short-term proposal it’s a conventional surveillance technique which include

This short-term surveillance technique is the same approach Tantita and other
security company in operating on. The difference between our security company
and the rest, is that we have indepth knowledge of the region terrain and we have
the ability to deploy state-of-the-art drone with camera that operate day and night.
Our proposed pipeline surveillance is for 12 months “1 Year”.
