RFC (Pre-Production)
1) First of all check the availability of wash sample, without wash
sample do not receive the panels.
2) If wash sample is available then receive the panels, put the receiving
slip in record file and note down
The details of receiving in a separate file of receiving.
3) If it’s a trial lot then collect the recipe of the panels wash from in
Inspection room
4) In case of panels make sure that recipe of R & D is available along
with the wash sample, if it’s not available then collect it from R & D
department.
5) Consult with RFC Manager regarding the wash and discuss about the
process.
6) After the getting the go through from RFC manager, start the washing
process.
7) If dry process is needed then panels will be sent to dry process.
8) When the panels are came back from dry process, starts its first wash
process according to the recipe
and sample.
9) After first wash and hydro drier send the panels for PP Spray.
10) After spray, complete the final wash and make sure that it’s shade is
properly getting matched with
the sample.
11) After that get the approval from RFC Manager, then it will be sent to
GGT.
 Before wash & after wash sample are cut and maintained in a file
from A to E shade this help the cutting dept the decide act there
lot garment from which roll.

Working principal
Air is sucked from air vent. Compressor suck air then goes the compressor screw the rotation of
screw threads locks and pressurize the air entering the systems. The pressurize air is 110 psig or
7.5 atm. The pressurize air contains moister from the air also known as humidity. Which is
partially removed by the air cooler installed next to it. Due to the pressure and temperature
direct relation, the temperature of air also increase so is cooled by air cooler. The cooled
pressurize air is stored in tanks. Tank has a safety valve at top for emergency open and a valve
at the bottom for water content removal. White pipe is used

WORKING:

EPT (EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANTS)

Working of ETP
 The waste water from all the department of denim prive come through the chemical of waste
pipe lines and entre in the equalization tank first where all kind of treated water whether the low
or high ph. temperature or chemically treated water mixed together and the solid particles
either settle down or stop in the screening before going to the next tank where waste water
treated with the biological treatment in the aeration tank there is a dosage of base i.e. caustic
acid i.e. h2S04 depend on the PH water if is it acidic then they open basic dosage the additional
tank for reducing the BOD and polymers to de colorize and cleaning of flocks
 After the biological treatment water comes into the sedimentation tank where the flocculation
happen and the solid particles settle down and remove from the discharge where the liquid
drains act from the drain line
