Guide questions and instructions to help you write your seminar report

Directions: Include the title(s) of seminar(s) you have attended. You are allowed to write
your report based on at most two seminars you have attended. The handbook rules
related to the seminar still apply. If you have made use of material outside of the
seminar presentation, please cite your sources and include your references. Try to keep
your report to a minimum of 1000 words (excluding the reference list). Indicate the final
word count at the end of your report.

Some guide questions for the content of report:
1. What are the topics of the seminar presentation? Provide some detail related to
the background of the topics.
2. How is the work related to existing literature or previous studies?
3. State the research questions or aims of the seminar.
4. What were main findings of the research? Elaborate on some of these findings.
5. What did you think of the seminar? What ideas have you learned?
6. What was missing from the seminar? What did you hope to learn more about?
After answering these questions, cite the sources you have used in completing this
report.
