Summary Description of the Project

The project description would be to address access to marketing of cash crops,

support mother's to do marketing with their garden food and also support small
individual SMEs owners to prosper and archive their dreams and goals

To help minimise the living standards of the surrounding communities in terms

of housing, clothing, education and health services that it would bring forth.

National development priorities?

It contribute to the development of country's economic development like

cocoa,copra,betel nut and also public services

2.Project Description
2.1. How was the Project identify and designed? Who was consulted?

The project was designed and identified by the Ward councillors and it's WDCs
by seeing the hardships and struggle people faced on how to transport their
cash crops and garden food and also help services like health and education
system in both LLGs- Almami and Josephstaal.

2.2.What is the problem that the project aims to address?

The problem the project aims to address is the transportation of cash crops,
people and other vital needed services surrounding these two LLGs

2.3.How will the Project address and archive it's objectives? Describe in
details the Objective, Outputs, Activities and Inputs

Objectives- to help improve the living standards of people in terms of

housing, clothing, food and other essential needs.

Output 1 - boosting economic growth and living standards of both LLGs- in

terms of service development

The alternative approaches were considered in solving the hardships and

struggle people faced in terms of transport services in their every day lives

Because it should solved this above problems once and for all

I) What existing infrastructure or services are in the area?
The existing infrastructure are Primary School_ (Anigi) and the Aid Post which
is yet to be registered

project lists?
It would be of much needed to the existing infrastructure to minimize cost of
Transportation of materials.

Practicality- Do the expected benefits from this project justify the monetary
costs involved?

Not really, but it would definitely be the income generating revenue for the
community as a whole in this type of project.
