The above details shall be deemed as an integral part of this contract, and ﻭﺗﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻼﺣﻘﻪ،ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﺟﺰﺀﺍ ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰﺃ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ
together with its annexes, they form an integrated unit and are considered .ﻭﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻭﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺟﺰﺀﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﺗﻔﺴﺮ ﻭﻳﺘﻤﻢ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﻀﺎ

Granting the second party annual leave, official holidays ﻣﻨﺢ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺍﻹﺟﺎﺯﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﻮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻄﻞ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻤﻴﺔ

means both genders, and the reference to persons includes

COMPLETION OF CONTRACT: THIS CONTRACT GIVES A ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻳﺸﻜﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺍﻻﺗﻔﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ
CLEAR PICTURE OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TWO ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺨﺺ ﺗﻮﻇﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ
ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻭ ﻳﻠﻐﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻭﻳﺤﻞ ﻣﺤﻞ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ PARTIES. THIS CONTRACT CANCEL ALL PREVIOUS
AGREEMENT EITHER VERBAL OR WRITIEN. AFTER ﺍﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﻫﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻴﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺃﻡ
SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT SUIT ﺷﻔﻬﻴﺔ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻷﻱ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺍﻻﺩﻋﺎﺀ ﺑﺄﻱ

EXPENSES of WHICH THE COMPAY PAID FOR HIS TRAVEL ﺍﻟﻌﻮﺩﺓ ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻣﺼﺎﺭﻳﻒ ﻭﺃﺗﻌﺎﺏ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺪﺍﻣﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ
TO SAUDI ARABIA, AND IN CASE HE WAS EMPLOYED ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺎﺭﺟﻴﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺭﺍﺗﺐ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻭﺃﺗﻌﺎﺏ ﻧﻘﻞ ﻛﻔﺎﻟﺘﻪ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﺍ
LOCALY HE SHOUD PAY ALL EXPENSES OF TRANSFERING ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻞ ﻳﻨﺘﻬﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺎﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﻣﺪﺗﻪ ﺍﻭ ﺑﺎﺗﻔﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ
HIS IQAMA TO THE COMPANY. ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻧﻬﺎﺋﻪ ﻭﻳﺠﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺎﺗﻔﺎﻕ ﻣﻜﺘﻮﺏ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ
