 Clear and logical format to headings and

 Appropriate use of English and grammar with
no spelling mistakes
 All information provided is up to date
 Good use of space across 2 sides of A4*
 Minimum font size 11 on all information
 No graphics, text boxes or pictures that may
affect Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
 Consistent style and format across CV
 Appropriate statement regarding references e.g.
‘References included on request’
80+ Meets all of above bold criteria with originality and
creativity
70-79 Meets all of the above bold criteria
60-69 Meets at least eight of the above bold criteria
50-59 Meets at least six of the above bold criteria
40-49 Meets at least four of the above criteria
<39 Meets less than four of the above bold criteria
