O Heart of Mary,
pierced by sorrow
and sharing in the sufferings of Thy Divine Son
for our redemption.
O sacred union of these Two Hearts.
Praised be God the Father,

Sacred Heart of Jesus continually offers to the Holy
Trinity, the adorer, by frequent adorations, endeavors to
supply for the regrettable general forgetfulness of God
among men.

S. To offer yourself as a victim to Jesus in union with His
Sacred Heart, that His Divine intention, to appease the
Justice of God, be realized. To offer Him your heart that
He may there repose His suffering love.

S. Honor the self-abasement of the Heart of Jesus in the
Most Blessed Sacrament by working with fervor in His
service in the quality of a faithful servant, Servus Christi
(1Cor. 7:21). Place all your glory and happiness in bear-
ing the chains of the tender and generous love that holds
the Redeemer captive in the Consecrated Hosts.

S. Endeavor to obey the precepts and counsels of Jesus
Christ and divine inspirations with the greatest prompt-
ness and fidelity.

SPIRITUAL DISPOSITION
S. Pray, implore without ceasing, that the Eternal Father
would obtain mercy for poor sinners, through the infinite
merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Ask that their sins
reach not their height and that they become converted.
Particularly remember those who find themselves in
spiritual or corporal danger, above all those who are at
the point of death; also, the poor souls in purgatory.
