1. Mail Merge – Merges data into a publication which will be printed and
mailed. Show step by step Mail Merge Wizard.
2. E-mail Merge - Merges data in to a publication that will be sent as e-mail.
3. Select Recipients - Chooses the list of people you intended to send the
letter to. You can type your own list, use your Outlook contacts or connect
to a database.
4. Edit Recipient List – Makes changes to the list of recipients and decide
which of them should receive your letter.

that are stored in the electronic address book.
Students will be graded base on their output. (95 will be the highest and 80 will be the lowest)
