MODEL AND PHOTOGRAPHER, MAKEUP ARTIST

CONTRACT
This is to inform the general public and whom it may concern that BRUCE DAVIDSON
PHOTOGRAPHY in conjunction with FILA and it's sponsors has a binding contract,
Signed and agreed between all parties as mentioned above in this agreement.

BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. THE TOTAL PAY FOR THE JOB IS $2000.

2. AN ADVANCE / BO0KING PAYMENT OF $1000 BEFORE THE SHOOT DATE WILL

BE MADE,MOREOVER YOU WILL NOT ONLY RECEIVE A CERTIFIED PAYCHECK OF
$1000 BUT ALSO WITH AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $3,500 WHICH COVERED
FOR YOUR COSTUME/WEARS,YOU WILL FORWARDED IT TO WARDROBE
MANAGER FOR YOUR WEARS SYLIST WILL GUIDE YOU ON THAT.

3. BALANCE OF $1000 WILL BE PAYED TO YOU IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE

COMPLETION OF THE SHOOT AND COVERS FOR THE USAGE RIGHTS TO ALL
COMMERCIAL WORK/SHOOTS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS ONLY.

4. BRUCE DAVIDSON PHOTOGRARY AND FILA CLOTHING OWN 100% RIGHT FOR
THE USAGE OF PHOTOS FOR THE PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS, A FREE COPY OF ALL
SHOOTS/VIDEOS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR YOU

5. LOCATION/VENUE OF EVENTS WILL HOLD IN A RENTED STUDIO IN YOUR

LOCATION, WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A SUITABLE STUDIO AND
CONVEY IT'S DETAILS TO YOU UNANIMOUSLY BEFORE THE SHOOTING DATES
WHICH IS RIGHT AFTER RECEIVING YOUR WARDROBE FROM THE FASHION
STYLIST.

6. MODELS/PHOTOGRAHER, MAKEUP ARTIST MAY ATTEND THE SHOOT WITH

BODYGUARDS, FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS OF THEIR CHOICE AND YOU
WILL RECEIVE A MODEL RELEASE FORM TO FILL AT THE VENUE OF THE SHOOT
JUST BEFORE IT COMMENCE.

7. A PROJECT SUPERVISOR WILL BE ATTACHED TO YOU, SO THAT HE CAN

SCHEDULE THE STUDIO BOOKING WITH THE CREW MEMBERS AND HE WILL LET
YOU KNOW YOUR WARDROBE FROM THE STYLIST/WARDROBE MANAGER AND
YOU MUST FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement embodies the entire understanding of the involved parties here and
prior representation or arrangements are hereby vold.

We , the undersigned, hereby certify that we have read this entire contract and agree to
be bound by its terms and conditions.

I ………………………………………………………………………………………………………… have read and agreed
with the terms and condition listed above. BRUCE DAVIDSON PHOTOGRAPHY will only
allow FILA to use my photographs/videos/commercial pieces for the duration of 3
months and I will be paid the balance immediately after the end of the shoot
