THIRD QUARTER PERFORMANCE TASK

ACTIVITY 1 – VIDEO PRESENTATION

SITUATION: One day the Grade 5 learners of MUYCO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL are playing car racing
using two different toy cars. The first group will use a small toy car while the other will use the bigger
one. They want to know which of the two will have the farther distance travelled within a . In order
to record their activities they will conduct a video presentation activity regarding the tracing and
measuring the change in position (distance travelled) over a period of time while observing safety
precautions.

PRODUCT: The learner creates a video presentation regarding the tracing and measuring the
change in position (distance travelled) over a period of time.

ACTIVITY 2 - ESSAY

DIRECTION: On a long- sized bond paper, write an essay to provide evidence to support your
answer on your video presentation. Attach pictures of your group while making the activity and make
sure to follow and observe health safety protocols. Write a brief description of each picture.
