This is to certify that Mr. Ranvijay Singh is an employee with our firm M/s. Maa Bagulamukhi
Automobiles since 14/01/2023 on a full time basis. He is currently working as ‘Showroom manager’. He
has expressed his intention to travel abroad for leisure and tourism purpose. We hereby grant them
permission to travel to Canada from 07/08/2023 to 28/08/2023.

We confirm that Mr. Ranvijay Singh is a valued member of our team, and we have no objection to their
travel for this purpose. We are aware of their itinerary and that they will return to work on 29/08/2023.
During their absence, we have made necessary arrangements for their work responsibilities to be
handled by another staff member, and we assure that there will be no disruption in the work of our
organization due to their travel.

We also confirm that all necessary arrangements regarding their travel, such as air tickets,
accommodation, and other expenses, will be borne by him.
