Common Stress
Management
Techniques
a. Admit & Accept
When you fight reality, you will lose every
time. Once you accept the situation for what
it truly is, not what you want it to be, you are
free then to move forward.
b. Build Support System
Identify people whom you can trust, who will
not judge you, accept you for who you are,
and even rebuke you when you are wrong or
about to make a wrong choice or decision.
c. Come to God every day
Expressing gratitude can improve your mood.
People who regularly express gratitude for the
positive things in their life are shown to be
happier overall, leading to lower rates of stress
and depression.
D. Sleep and Stay Active
If we are busy due to so many deadlines,
staying up late or cutting back on sleep may
seem to be the best action to do but know that
it is not helpful and healthy at all.

Small amounts of physical activity like 10-20

minutes can make a huge difference to your
mental and emotional health
