consultant for conducting the suitability test.
 Collecting the Bituminous Mix Sampling and Conduct the test. Extraction,
Marshall Mould Casting and Density, Stability & Flow Test
 Sampling and Testing of Construction Materials (Soil, Aggregate, Concrete, Asphalt)
as per MORTH and IS Specification.
 Identify borrow area for earth works, and selecting sources for aggregates, sand, for

execute the job with effective way.
 Conducting the calibration of Rapid moisture meter, WMM plant, Batching Plant, Hot
mix Plant, Weighing Batch at the regular interval.
 Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress report for the work done in quality
control section
 Prepare the Bar chart for completed progress in every day.

gravity, and Field density by Sand replacement method etc.
 CEMENT: Setting times of cement, finess modulus, Compressive Strength of
cement, Soundness test, and Physical tests of Cement etc.
 AGGREGATE(WMM&GSB) : Aggregate Grading, Impact value, Elongation
Flakiness, Specific gravity &Water Absorption,Atterberg limit, Modified proctore
test,CBR test,Field Density test by sand Replacement Method, 10 % Fine
Value for G.S.B., Soundness test, Specific gravity, Abrasion test. etc
