    The purpose of the current research is to address these concerns by focusing and building up the
    concept of relationship through empirical investigation. Therefore, an attempt has been made in this
    research to answer the following questions regarding the CSR activities performed by metallurgical and
    engineering consultants [MECON] limited Ranchi.

     What is the CSR practices followed by Mecon in Ranchi


     What are the CSR activities undertaken by Mecon?
     What is the relevance of CSR efforts to the social beneficiaries?
     What is the perception of public on CSR in Ranchi, Jharkhand?
     To assess the satisfaction levels of beneficiaries and the problems faced by the public and
    put before Mecon ?
     How employees of Mecon limited in managerial as well as functional level planning and
    carrying out CSR activities?
     What is their overall perception of employees regarding CSR practices undertaken by Mecon
    Limited Ranchi ?
     Are employees able to perform or implement their CSR activities strategically and
    meaningfully?
     Are the funds allocated by the company for CSR activities is enough or not?
     How is government is involved in the company CSR activities of the company?
     What are the companies social and infrastructural developments in the underprivileged or
    poorer sections of the society?
     What are the company’s CSR activities regarding the betterment of the climate change?
     What are the health care facilities provided through company CSR contributions?
     What are the companies CSR contributions regarding women and child development?
     How the company is dealing with the social issues like poverty and
    Homelessness,Unemployment, illiteracy, the caste system, gendered violence and
    communism?
