WHAT IS SELF-
AWARENESS?
It is the ability to accurately recognize one’s
own emotions, thoughts, and values, and how
they influence behaviour. If you're highly self-
aware, you can objectively evaluate yourself,
manage your emotions, align your behavior
with your values, and understand correctly
how others perceive you.

In short, self-awareness is the ability to

understand yourself.
