1 In continuation of Interview Notice Memo No. 891/HFW- 19011(11)/3/2022-DIR-NURSING SEC
Dept. of H&FW, Dated: 17.05.2023 it is hereby notified that the Second Phase of interview of eligible
candidates for the post of Staff Nurse, Grade II yide Advertisement No.: RIStaff Nurse Grade-I/
Basic &Post Basic B.Sc, Nursing/45/2022 Dated: 02/12/2022, will be held on and
from 24.07.2023 to 26.07.2023.
2 The Reporting time and date of interview of the candidate forthe above-mentioned post will be as per
call letter. Candidates are instructed to report on time. Candidates will not be allowed to enter at the
venue mentioned in the Call Letter if reported beyond one hour of the scheduled reporting time.

Candidates should bring two copies of complete sets of Call Letter at the time of reporting for
interview. Kindly note that no candidate shall be permitted in the Examination Centre withoutcarrying
print out of Call Letter and ID proof (in original) under any circumstances.

Original and two complete sets of self-attested photocopies of valid Registration Certificate /
Reciprocal Registration Certificate, issued by West Bengal Nursing Councili (WBNC), as Female
Nurse Midwifery must be produced &submitted at the timeof interview.
5. Candidate must have knowledge of Bengali/Nepali (spoken andwritten).
6 Candidates are requested to bring blue/black ball point pen.
7 Mobile phone, Laptop, Scanner, camera, smartwatch etc. are notallowed at the venue for interview.
8 No TADA will be admissible.
9 The call letter can be downloaded through login from official website of W.B.H.R.B i.e.
www.wbhrb.in.

" Please read all the instructions of Call Letter carefully. Kindly download the Call Letter on or before date and
time of reporting tothe interview venue.
Candidate need not carry any original documents with them exceptotherwise mentioned.
Candidate to keep their personal belongings to the open and unguarded storage racks provided for the same.
WBHRB will not beresponsible for any loss or damage for the same.
The venue will be mentioned in the CallLetter.
