I am a food and drink enthusiast who would like to get back in the
business. Before moving away I was working in a very busy organic
and healthy restaurant in Ibiza, Spain. Nevertheless recently I have
been working as a Manager, I only think it has made my passion for
the food and service industry stronger and helped me gain a unique
and diverse skill set. Working in a busy environment and under pres-
sure, but still sticking to task. Being able to multi-task and having the
ability to carry out tasks to the finest detail. Working under pressure
meant learning to be calm whilst keeping to task. Working efficiently
and on a schedule, multi tasking. I hope to show that I am comfortable
with giving directions but can also fulfill duties right down to the de-
tail. I have both the independence and motivation to carry out tasks
alone whilst, still being able to work as a part of a team. I hope you will
consider me for this role as I really can see myself as an asset to your
business and am confident that you will feel the same.
