The attention of the Principals of the Government Degree Colleges

in the State is invited to the references read above and as per the Hon’ble
High Court Orders dated 25.07.2023, they are directed to consider the
Guest Faculty, if they were already working or if they were engaged for the
earlier Academic Year 2022-2023, and if they are found to be qualified, and
if there are no complaints against them, and only in respect of the balance
vacancies, as provided in the Guest Faculty Notification issued on
18.07.2023.
After this exercise is completed, in the left over vacancies, Guest
Faculty shall be engaged duly following the procedure laid down in the
Notification issued vide the reference 2nd read above.
The receipt of these proceedings shall be acknowledged.
