Task 1:

The given table gives information about the income of secondary and high
teachers in 2009.
Overall, the more time teachers invest in education, the higher salaries they were
paid.
In the first time of work, teachers in Luxembourg earned the largest amount of
money with 8.000$ which nearly doubled the figure for Denmark, at about
45.000$. At the same time, the monthly income of teachers in Australia, Korea
and Denmark was lower than Luxembourg and Denmark with the number of
about 28.000$, 30.000$ and 34.000$ respectively.
There were moderate increases in the income of secondary and high teachers
after having 15 years of experience. Teachers in Luxembourg witnessed a
noticeable growth in their income for a month at 119.000 and reached the
highest salaries at 132.000 after 30 years of work, followed by the figure for
Japan at around 65.000 and having a maximum salary at 86.000 after 37 years of
seeking careers. Teachers in Australia and Denmark could be paid the maximum
income of 48.000 and 54.000 respectively with only 8 and 9 years or 15 years
working. Moreover, Korean teachers earn 48.000 at least 15 years, this figure
could rose to 62.000 which was the maximum income after teaching in 34 years.
Task 2
In recent years, the trend of approaching confinement at middle age increases
day by day because of several reasons. Personally, I concede that it has some
drawbacks but I believe that the benefits prevail over.
To begin with, the main reason for this situation is that young people are not
willing to have children. On the ground that young adults stay in one of the most
important milestones to move up their career ladders in their lives, so they have
to invest a large amount of time in seeking careers and acquire money for
household finances. Besides looking after children demands not only for time
but also patients which new married couples are still deficient. Therefore, many
people consider that early age is not a consistent moment to become parents.
On the one hand, having children at a later age has some drawbacks. Firstly, the
relationship among family members may develop in negative tendencies. People
will not be able to avoid unexpected arguments and conflicts between kids and
their parents which is blamed for the disparity of age. Moreover, the pregnancy
at old age can lead to a major impact in women's health. It is undeniable that
along with aging caused by time, the functions of the body and mental health of
adult ladies become weak and fragile. This is the reason why childbirth will
approach to many complications and some consequences for both mothers and
babies.
On the other hand, despite the fact that it has multifarious negative effects but
there are many advantages that could appear. First and foremost, old parents are
more likely to provide their toddlers with a better life. Older people have more
time to learn and absorb appropriate parenting experiences. As a result, after
birth, children may not only benefit from tthe latest education, technology and
social welfare but also receive keen care from their parents. In addition,
individuals can have financial stability with the option of having children later.
After a period of focusing on a career, adults accumulate an abundant financial
reserve to safely raise children, so children have fully-grown with physical and
mental health.
In conclusion, despite the benefits mentioned above, it is important to keep in
mind that there are risks that come with aging. Therefore, it is necessary for
people to take deeper knowledge about their own health to have suitable birth
intentions.
