and Hyde Park Real Estate Development Company, in
partnership with the National Bank of Egypt.

This cooperation between the two companies is reflected

the Gardenia City Compound, Suez Road, the speed in delivering
the units and the possibility of providing the best payment
systems, in addition to providing many services in the project.
Requirements for building the land for the compound

Conditions for building buildings

1) The building percentage does not exceed 50%.

2) The heights do not exceed a ground floor and three typical


floors

3) Ensure that there is a dedicated garage for cars

4) Providing service rooms on the roofs by 25%.

5) Provide a space of not less than 8 meters between each


building and the other

6) Leave an area of 50 meters between the project and the


nearby project.

Conditions for building villas:

1) The building percentage of the villas does not exceed 40% of


the land area.
2) The heights of the floors are limited, as they are ground and
first floors.
3) Providing garages for cars and service rooms on the roofs.
Conditions for building services:

1) The land area allocated for services ranges from 8 to 12% of


the total area.
2) The structural percentage of service buildings is 30% of the
total area.
3) The building percentage for recreational activities is 10% of the
total area.
4) The building percentage of the social clubs is 20% of the total
area.
5) The height of the floors related to service activities is estimated
as a ground floor and a first floor.

What are the papers required to obtain a building permit


2022?

1) A drawing showing the location of the land and the roads


leading to and from it, by an engineer.
2) A copy of the national identity card of people who want to build
3) The property contract for the land on which the building will be
built.
4) A receipt indicating the payment of the land.

What are the conditions for obtaining a building permit?

1) The land on which the building is to be built must be within the


urban area.
2) A building permit must be obtained from the council.
3) Obtaining a ramp license and increasing the area.

engineering committee.
