 Company Profile

Gajanan Engineers is specialized in ‘CNC machining’

of piston rod of shock absorbers of two wheelers .It is
a machining based small scale industry.

It was established in 2017 by aspiring engineer with rich

experience in CNC machining. Aiming at the continuous
upgrade and the unparalleled customer service and support.
He says that ,Instead of finding opportunity for job try to
create one.

Today,Gajanan Engineers meets the CNC machining needs of many

branded companies like ‘Gabriel India Private Limited’. This is a well known company for
manufacturing of shock absorbers. Raw material is delivered from Gabriel itself ,in form of
stainless steal rods which vary from 10mm to 14mm in diameter and 4m in length. Main
machining process is done by the company and later delivered to agency for other protective
process like megacoat, hardening polishing and coating. Later the finished good is given to
Gabriel for further activities and assemblies .

Gajanan Engineers have other branches by the name of Kalika Engineers in Nashik itself, which
are known for the same CNC machining works for various vendors.
There are 15-16 workers in each workshop of Gajanan who are supervised by one Manager or
supervisor in field of production. Special team is assigned for quality control sector in each
workshop.

Turnover of company varies each year depending on orders. It consists of ups and downs. On an
average it is 1.5 cr. Annually .
This is a private based government certified company.
