Candidate Login and Dashboard

Candidate to login using the login credentials from the Home Page.

Preferred browsers: For taking the test, recommended browsers are Google Chrome (Ver. 7.5 or above),
Mozilla Firefox (Ver. 70 or above). TEST SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ON SAFARI BROWSER.
Operating environment check to be done:

As it is a remote proctoring assessment, please make sure you have a functional web cam and mic on your
desktop/laptop.
Pre-Examination Steps

Step 1: Candidate clicks his image using Webcam


Step 2: Candidate clicks his ID proofs image. ID proof can be any Government ID or College ID.-
Step3: After uploading the image, candidate images will be auto approved by the system only for Mock.
For main exam an approver will be there, post approval candidate test will be taken to the instruction page.
Candidate will have to click four images as per the instructions for face recognition. The candidate who is appearing for
the exam should to only take the Face Recognition step (clicking 4 images).

This step capture’s the facial structure of the candidate, if any other person tries to take the test he/she will not be allowed to
do so.

Candidate need to read instructions carefully and check the acceptance button and click on Proceed
Now button. Till the timer is ticking the proceed now Button will be in Grey, Once Proceed now button
turns green, click on proceed now and start the test. Candidates are requested to Login 30 minutes
prior to the exam scheduled time.
On Login, candidate will be able to see the test assigned. Candidate will get just one attempt to complete
the assessment. The test selection page appears as below:
Process flow during Examination

 During the assessment, if candidate tries to navigate to other window, they will get navigation warnings of
10 (only available for closed book exam).
 If the candidate crosses the navigation count the test will be auto submitted. Any notifications related to
antivirus, windows update, email notifications, web whatsapp messages etc. will be counted as
navigation.

Multiple Choice Questions

For Multiple choice based exams candidates will be displayed 4 options for a question, candidates need to select one
option out of the four provided.

Subjective questions

For Subjective questions, the candidate needs to write on the text box provided. The answer that will be typed will
be auto saved
Upload File based questions

For upload file based file based questions, candidate needs to select ‘Click to Browse and Upload answer sheet’.
To view the uploaded answer sheet, candidate can click on View uploaded file in this case the file will be downloaded
that was uploaded as an answer.

 After completion candidate can submit the test.


Proctoring during the assessment

 Proctor can monitor the candidates all the time & at any time the proctor has an option to send a warning
message to the candidate for any improper conduct
 Proctors can chat with candidates during the assessment. Candidates can use the chat option to clarify
doubts, if any
 Candidates images are being tracked by the proctor and proctor can view the live video of the candidate
during the assessment.

Candidate gets a message from the proctor, during the test as depicted below:
System Requirements

 Internet Bandwidth: The minimum required bandwidth is 1 Mbps of internet speed on each machine.
 Machine Configuration: RAM - RAM - Minimum 2GB (though 4GB is recommended), Processor Speed- 1.5 Ghz
and above. Preferred Operating System – Windows 8 above.
 Preferred browsers: For taking the test, recommended browsers are Google Chrome (Ver. 7.5 or above),
Mozilla Firefox (Ver. 70 or above). Candidates using any apple device, kindly use GOOGLE CHROME ONLY to
take the test. Test till not work on Safari browser.
 A web camera must be available for the test. Recommended to use Laptop/Desktop for taking the test.
 Microphone is recommended.
 If your internet disconnects during submission contact the Help center on the given number and don't close
your window.
 Make sure that pop-up blocker is disabled on your browser. Any notifications related to antivirus, windows
update, email notifications etc. will be counted as navigation, if the candidate crosses 10 the test will be auto
submitted.
