If there are power lines that are in the way of cutting the trees down, you must call the power company to
have it temporarily taken down.

If you have stump grinding please be aware that you might have to call 811 and have your underground
utilities marked, it is a free service but may take a couple of days to be completed.

Terms & Conditions Agreement

It is agreed by and between Atlanta Tree Movers LLC and the authorizing party (customer and/or customer's
agent) that the following provisions are made as part of this contract:

Scheduling/Cancellation: Atlanta Tree Movers will arrive on scheduled performance date dues are contingent
upon weather, accidents, and other delays beyond our control, and shall not be liable for damages due to
those delays. Atlanta Tree Movers LLC requests that the authorizing party provide at least 72 hours advance
notice for cancellation. If a crew has been dispatched to the job site, the customer will be assessed a
mobilization fee of $200.00 for incurred expenses. Cancellation fees may apply to any notice less than 72
hour notice.
Safety: Atlanta Tree Movers LLC warrants that all arboricultural operations will follow the latest version of the
American National Standards Institute ANSI Z133.2 industry safety standards. The authorizing party agrees
to not enter the work area during arboricultural operations unless authorized by the crew leader onsite.

Additional Work: Any additional work or equipment required to complete the work, caused by the authorizing
party's failure to make known or caused by previously unknown foreign material in the trunk, the branches,
underground, or any other condition not apparent in estimating the work specified, shall be paid for by the
customer on a time and material basis.

Unmarked Utilities: Atlanta Tree Movers LLC is not responsible for damages to underground sprinklers drain
lines, invisible fences or underground cables unless the system(s) are adequately and accurately mapped by
the authorizing party and a copy is presented before or at the time the work is performed, you may call 811 to
have your underground utilities mark, it is a free service but may take a couple of days to be completed.

Power Lines: If there are any power lines that is near the area that we’re going to do work, we are required
by law to have you contact the power line company and have it temporarily removed/disconnected before we
move forward with the job. It may take a few days to have it done/scheduled and as soon as you scheduled it,
please let us know so we can plan our schedule accordingly. Atlanta Tree Movers LLC is not responsible for
any damages caused by failure to follow the above instructions.

Lawn & Surfaces Damage/Repair: Atlanta Tree Movers LLC. will attempt to minimize all disturbances to the
customer's lawn and surfaces. However Atlanta Tree Movers must utilize vehicles & equipment to perform
tree care services. Atlanta Tree Movers shall not be liable for damages to landscaping, sod, plant material in
the execution of its work or causes beyond their control (Examples: Ruts in yard due to wet conditions, limbs
falling on flowerbeds, cracking of paved surfaces and/or sidewalk due to weight of trucks/equipment etc.)

Ownership: The authorizing party warrants that all trees listed are located on the customer's property and if
not, that the authorizing party has received full permission from the owner to allow Atlanta Tree Movers LLC
to perform the specified work. Should any tree be mistakenly identified as to ownership, the customer agrees
to indemnify Atlanta Tree Movers LLC for any damages or costs incurred from the result thereof.

Transplanting: All newly transplanted trees should receive proper maintenance care in order to facilitate
recovery of tree from the transplanting shock. Hence, Atlanta Tree Movers is to be held harmless from all
claims for damages resulting from the customer’s failure to provide proper care on the transplanted tree.
Discounts: To save money, you will be given an option to keep the woodchips given that it doesn’t need to be
spread, on the other hand if you requested to spread the woodchips on designated areas, there will be an
additional fee. You can also save a bit if you will keep the logs which mean we can leave it on the job site and
there’s no need to drag it into a specific area. The amount of the discount may depend on variety of factors.
We also give cash/discounts to every successful referral.

Completion of Contract: Atlanta Tree Movers LLC agrees to do its best to meet any agreed upon performance
dates, but shall not be liable in damages or otherwise for delays due to inclement weather, labor or any other
cause beyond its control; nor shall the customer be relieved of completion for delays.

Terms of Payment: Unless otherwise noted in this proposal, the customer agrees to pay the account in full
upon completion of the work. We will give a grace period of 2 days for the customers who are not at home
during the completion of the job. Failure to remit full payment within the payment terms will result in a finance
charge of $100 per week. Payments not received within 90 days will be turned over to collections and all
related expenses will be shouldered by the customer.

Types of Payment: Checks, Cash or Credit Card via CashApp. There will be a 3% fee charged for Credit card
payments via Cash App.

Signing the estimate provided with this contract is an agreement for work to be completed and understanding
of terms, conditions and specifications listed above.
