Dear Brunei Darussalam Admissions Committee,

First allow me, to express my deepest gratitude to your great university for
allowing me to take part in the selection process. I am Aya Rezaiguia. I am an
ambitious girl from Algeria. I would like to request your kind permission to request a
review and further assessment for myself to be considered as a student for a PhD
degree at Brunei Darussalam University in Biology program. Kindly allow me to
briefly elaborate on the reasoning behind my request.

I obtained my master's degree from Larbi Tebessi University Faculty of Exact

Sciences and Natural and Life Sciences. Besides, I got my Bachelor's degree in the
same university, where the system of study includes: Placed 1st degree of all students
in master's and a bachelor all times in branch of biochemistry, Placed 1st degree of all
students in all branches of biology in bachelor and the 2nd master degree, and Placed
2 nd degree of all faculties of Larbi Tebessi university in the state of tebessa in
bachelor.

Also, I successfully participated in a lot of internships in various places such as a

medical analysis laboratory, a faculty of science laboratory, a Life pharmacy asma
atmania, and a Public Health Hospital.

I have gained extensive work experience. Indeed I worked as a volunteer, Member

of the Guidance and Reform Association, in Algeria. Indeed I worked towards
achieving the goals of the association, which included: Contributing to civilized
construction, working to promote women, contributing to child protection, taking care
of youth, contributing to eradicating illiteracy, and encouraging intellectual and
cultural creativity.

Additionally, I have undertaken training at; Hospital specializing in Pediatric

Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatric Surgery. I have gained deep knowledge
about: Research and development within the field of biochemistry, The techniques,
economics, and applications of Biology, Writing technical reports, Contacting
specialists in different disciplines, and ability to self-development, Team working,
communication, problem-solving, Leadership, and the ability to organize
Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops. I consider myself a motivated and
trustworthy person. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I
am very tolerant and respectful towards religions and new ideas. Also, has being
raised in a family where education is a high priority, I have adopted to love books. I
find myself a great future leader. I have learned many things from Margaret Thatcher,
The Ironwoman who obtained a degree in Chemistry and led England for a big period,
so I have put in my mind that it's possible to be a great leader one day.

I was the leader of my colleagues for three years. I succeeded to solve many
problems faced by us through good communication with the university
administration.

During my research, I seek to present to the world wonderful researches that

benefit the whole world in the field of Biology. After I get the degree, I would like to
work as an assistant professor of Biochemistry at a prestigious university in my
country.

Having researched several universities, I am particularly attracted to your great

university because of the training and support offered to students. I understand that
you are currently involved in a wide range of majors, so a placement with you would
allow me to continue to develop my skills in Biochemistry, a field that has a great
interest in developed countries these days. Surely, it will serve the other aspects of the
health field in developed countries. So I am keen to gain further experience in
studying within the chosen degree.

The scholarship will greatly assist my dream because, without this chance, I
probably would not be able to obtain the chosen degree. Your Scholarship will grant
me an opportunity to study in a developed country, get exposed to recent research
levels, and an opportunity to acquire relevant knowledge in my field.
 I am strongly aware that studying at your university is interesting, and challenging
and an environment that has a blend of students from diverse cultural backgrounds,
will be an exciting endeavor. I love and respect your great culture very much.

Indeed, I am aware that the program I chose is a perfect fit for me. As a result of
my enthusiasm, educational background, and previous work experience, I am sure that
I can make a valid contribution. I am confident I have the skills and abilities required
to make a valuable contribution while being on such a degree. I will share my
experiences with my colleagues in the same specialty and other disciplines.

I will continue to build up my strong international network, with new members

and friends from your wonderful country joining my existing network from many
countries. I will put the results of my research in the service of your wonderful
country, which will allow me to study in it. I will be a good ambassador for my
university in all international forums and events in which I participate, and I will tell
my future students about its splendor.

To sum up: allow me to express that I do strongly believe that I deserve to be

chosen for this degree to continue my study in your advanced country which has a
great reputation in all aspects of life, especially the education field. I will be patiently
