In the coordination meeting yesterday, June 6, 2023, called upon by the Public Safety Office and duly
attended by representatives of SOCOTECO II, telecommunication companies, and the Office of the
City Engineer’s road right-of-way agent, it was agreed that a series of joint clearing operations shall
be conducted to remove dangling “spaghetti wires” or electrical and telecommunication wires that are
no longer in use.

Anent to this, we would like to request the presence of representatives from your company in the
clearing operation scheduled on Friday, June 9, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN. This operation will
cover the areas along Pendatun Avenue.

We look forward to a favorable response to this matter.
