28, JULY 2023 ( REPORT ON ROBBERY INCIDENT)

On Friday, July 28, 2023 on or about 10:00 o’clock in the morning, the Kalibo
Police Station recieved a report about robbery at Tinigao Kalibo at Purok 6
particularly at Huerta’s residence. The initial investigation wala conducted by
the police officers of kalibo, EB revealed that while the Huerta Family was on
out of town, Danica De Leon, 20 years of age together with her friend Niña
Domingo also 20 years of age has seem a three (3) suspecious man
approaching the house of Mr. and Mrs. Huerta. They stated that around or
about 11 o’clock in the evening of July 27, 2023 while they are playing mobile
game at the balcony of Miss Danica’s house which is few distance from the
Huerta’s residence a three (3) unidentified malefactors riding a Yamaha RX
with no plate attached forcely entered the house of Mr. & Mrs. Huerta. Hence,
according to Mrs. Huerta they took the jewelry box which contains the value of
almost 350,000 Pesos. The suspects are identified by the following: the first
suspects is wearing a black cap, green T-shirt, and brown shorts, the second
also wears black cap, black T-shirt, and blue shorts, and the third suspect
wears a white sando and black shorts.

The Kalibo Police Officers conducted a hot-pursuit.
