The office of person with disability thru municipality social welfare and
development will hold its first quarterly meeting on March 28, 2023 at the
office of the person with disability Poblacion, Batan, Aklan at 1:00 pm

AGENDA:

1. Submission of accomplishment report w/ pictures 2022 needed at

DSWD office
2. Submit your budget and action plan 2023 is needed
3. Renewal of PWD ID’s
4. Distribution of wheel chairs
5. Other matters

Anent to this we woukld like to request the presence of your PWD president
of barangay kagawad health committee or representative in your barangay to
attend the said meeting.
